Management and administration

The highest governing bodies of the San Crispín Cooperative are the General Assembly and the Governing Council.

The ordinary General Assembly meets once a year to ratify the decisions taken by the Governing Council on the management of the cooperative and to approve the annual accounts. As set out in its statutes, the Governing Council is made up of a group of members who ensure the smooth running of the organisation and carry out their work on an unpaid basis.

This board of directors (the Governing Council) appoints and supervises a person who acts as manager and is responsible for the day-to-day management.
