Changes and returns of your online purchase

For perishable products, the return period is 72h; for all other items, you have 15 days from receipt of the order to handle a return.

You will have to go to one of the San Crispín supermarkets store and deliver to the manager of the establishment the product or products that you want to return or exchange for another of the same characteristics along with the purchase ticket.

You will not be able to handle a return on an item that has already been returned.

For items of variable weight, you will always have to return the total of items that have been delivered to you and it will not be possible to make a partial return of them.
