Talk on celiac health at San Crispín

At San Crispin, we continue to promote knowledge and wellbeing among our members. That’s why next Wednesday, May 6 at 7:00 PM, we will host a special talk on celiac health at our Alaior store.

The session will be led by Joel Huguet, food technologist and nutrition expert, who will help us better understand celiac disease from a current and rigorous perspective. We will explore the latest developments in research and answer questions on how to apply this knowledge in everyday life.
