2025 Satisfaction Survey Results: Thank You for Helping Us Improve

Over the past few months, we have asked SAN CRISPIN customers and members for their feedback through a satisfaction survey.
The response has been very positive: more than 200 people took a few minutes to share their shopping experience.

First of all, thank you. This information is essential for us to keep improving as a cooperative.

📊 Overall results: above the sector average

The main indicators obtained were:

  • Overall satisfaction: 8.06 / 10

  • Recommendation score: 8.47 / 10

To put this into context, according to recent studies of the supermarket sector in Spain (OCU),
the average satisfaction score is around 7–7.5, with differences between chains.

👉 This places SAN CRISPIN clearly above the sector average, in a highly competitive environment.

🟢 What you value most about SAN CRISPIN

Customers and members consistently highlight:

  • The proximity and convenience of shopping at the local village store.

  • The human, friendly and approachable service provided by our teams.

  • Local, Menorcan and organic products.

  • Fresh food sections and counter service (delicatessen, butcher, fishmonger).

  • The cooperative model and commitment to the local territory.

These points are at the heart of our project and what sets us apart from large retail chains.

🔴 We take note: 5 improvement commitments for 2026

The survey has also helped us identify clear areas for improvement. We share them with full transparency, as they represent real commitments for continuous improvement throughout 2026:

  • Improve price and value perception by better explaining what lies behind local products and adjusting where possible.

  • Reduce queues and waiting times, especially at checkouts and assisted sections during peak hours.

  • Improve assortment management and restocking to avoid out-of-stock situations for regular products.

  • Strengthen control and presentation of fresh products, with special attention to expiry dates and appearance.

  • Communicate prices, promotions and member benefits more clearly and accessibly.

These five areas will guide our 2026 action plan, both globally and at store level.
